Handling
Receipt of the goods relies on two roofed
reiving plants with tilting platforms for container chassis.
We direct the container movements using our own tug master.
With bulk coffee, the pick-up capacity
comes to 50 tons per hour for each reiving plant. Coffee in bags is taken into
store with the help of a fully automated bag cutting machine,
at a rate of 40 tons per hour.
Transfer of the goods from warehouse to
lorry can be carried out by four loading systems working
simultaneously, with a combined delivery rate of up to
240 tons per hour. There is the additional possibility
of loading the coffee onto waggons, with an hourly
delivery rate of 60 tons.
Cleaning on receipt takes place at a rate
of up to 60 tons per hour. Subsequent cleaning, at a rate
of 20 tons per hour, is also possible. When taking the
goods into store, or transferring them out of the silo,
an obligatory weighing takes place to determine the net
weight.
