Quality management
For years now, G.T.H. has had an accredited quality management system
(QM).
In order to be still more successful in meeting
the quality expectations of our customers, and at the same time enhance
the smooth running of our internal processes, we designed our quality
management system – and
have continued to develop it since – in the light of certain
defined terms of reference.
As a basis for the quality management that is
practised in our company, we selected the DIN
EN ISO 9001 : 2000 standard and the Coceral
Code (GTP) – the European Code of Good Trading Practice – together
with the various applicable terms of statutory or contractual
regulations. Another aspect is a risk analysis system based
on the fundamental principles of the HACCP-system,
in which possible hazards, their probability and the risk of
their occurring are mapped out, together with the appropriate measures
for rectification or prevention.
In June 2004 our activities in this field were
accredited through the award of a certificate by the SGS-ICS
Gesellschaft für Zertifizierungen
m.b.H.

We decided to apply the GTP Code because it is specially designed
to deal with the circumstances of trading and service companies that
operate in the field of grain and feedstuffs. The GTP Code is on a
level with the GMP+ Code, and is recognised in its entirety by PDV
(Productschap Diervoeder, The Hague , Netherlands ). |
